Job interview failure

Failed to get selected in a job interview is the worst thing one can imagine. This situation can be when you have travelled about 1000 km to attend an interview and did not get selected. Your parents waiting for results outside can be the worst scenario. When you come back and see tears from eyes of your mother , you are heart broken. Nothing in this world will be worst than this kind of situation. When your parents are frustrated, but can't say anything, you feel hopeless. Like nothing else is left in this world. You feel like hell on earth. You feel like you have disappointed your parents. This is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. 

RACISM IN INDIA .. FOREVER..Marry white girl? Always an Indians choice

Though India has its constitution.. blah..blah..blah.. and Indians know the reason behind colonialism in India years ago, but still mentality is not changed. :-( Every Indian boy wants a white wife. So every Indian girl wants to become white. Those who are white are proud of their skin tone. Those who are black are depressed.

  My own relatives use to tell wowww white girl :-) she is just black :-( So, this is the mindset. You people know how Britishers discriminated you on basis of skin tone,but you fools want their colour and appreciate it.
  My white friend used to tell me, all my relatives are white. What is to be proud of??

   I still cant get it. Colour is just colour. Why to discriminate on basis of colour???

 From movies to events, every anchor and actress is white. In matrimony column,  in The Hindu newspaper, it is always written Wanted "fair, slim" bride/bridegroom. I just can't understand, what's wrong with you guys.

 That's why I hate Indian mentality. There is no point on teaching these people about equality. The worst thing is that, even the most educated people are proud and basically ignorant about equality esp. Brahmins.

   I was sitting in a bus and a seat near me was vacant. One Brahmin lady was standing. I asked her to sit. She turned her face and didn't sit. You know why?? Racism.

Even Hindu God is racist, he will prefer Brahmins more than other castes. In churches too, there are more white people in choir team, than black people esp. girls. And well known thing Muslim boys always want white girls. Racism is everywhere.

Despite of anti-racist movements, no effect is found. They read about Martin Luther King. Organise strikes and make all white skin toned people to stand in front and carry banners about racism(apartheid)  :-D   Funny people. God too can't help, because he/she is racist God. Recently because of that , I began to think about atheism more.




  

I am black and I face racial discrimination everyday

  I am a victim of racial discrimination. I have darker skin tone. Because of that, I have been underestimated by everyone from my childhood. My mom told, "You have become black" in a different voice. For my mom, if anyone is white, he/she is beautiful. My schoolmates use to call me  "you are black". My dad prefers white skin tone, esp foreign girls. I have been on depression due to this skin tone issue.

I joined college. I was good at my academics. But, for receiptionist for an event, 2 white girls were chosen. They consider themselves superior due to their skin tone. My friend use to tell proudly" i am white, hey, i am not black.. Ha ha".They didn't even respond to me initially. Then following that, in every meeting or event in my college, only white girls are selected. For presenting bouquets or anchor, only white girls are selected. These girls don't respond to dark skinned girls. They will talk to white girls only.

My roommate is very proud that she is white. So she talks to other roommate who is also white & avoids me in her presence. She keeps talking about skin colour always. She was telling a story that , " Once a black girl loved a boy. That boy didn't love him back, because she is black. She was requesting for love from him & was disappointed". She use to tell, "I ask forgiveness to God, because of my sin". I said " What sin?" She tells, " When I walk in road, all boys look at me. They are commiting sin with lustful eyes. That was because of me". She is proud that she is white, and because of that she considers herself beautiful. 

I had a close friend. He told, I need to take selfie with a white girl and use it as dp and make my ex-gf jealous. I was his close friend , but he rarely took selfie with me. I have another close friend, who asks me to introduce me to all my white girlfriends. Even for job, this may happen. 

But I won't lose myself. Whosoever may be proud of their skin tone, I won't mind. God has created me in the best way, he can.  I am happy with what I got. Real beauty is in talent, not on skin tone. God don't hate black people. If he hates, he is not God.

It was a nice day. Everything was going right. I was happy. I needed to get sign from HOD, as i have applied for GATE exam. I went inside her room. I told" Excuse me Ma'am" . She was pretending as if she was not listening. Then again, I raised my voice and told "Excuse me Ma'am". Then she asked" What do you want?" Frankly speaking, I don't expect anything from her. All that I wanted is to get a sign from her, that too her duty only. I asked " Ma'am sign". She replied " Ungalkellam sign potu potu en velai paaka mudila" which means by putting sign for you people itself, can't focus on my work. Just a sign, for that so much scene. Too proudy. Then she recognized a small mistake and refused to sign and told me to bring later. Ok. What can I do. 
      A brahmin girl came to her room. She asked her to sit down. She smiled at her. She asked Ma'am for on duty. She signed quickly without even reading it fully and that girl went. She added" if you want any help, tell me". I am not feeling it so good after seeing this, how do you feel after reading this?? 
        A Muslim boy took 1 month leave for his mother's death. She scolded him "If you will take 1 month leave, will your mother come back?" Just think. If someone will tell like this to you, what will you do?? She also refused to consider the leave. 
        Many times, I used to wish Good morning, Good evening etc. She doesn't respond. But by seeing brahmin girls and boys itself, she begin to smile and ask "How are you?" 
       I am Hindu. But sometimes I think, if a God wants to separate people, is he a God??
I love Jesus because he treats everyone equally, atleast not like this horrible experience. But I won't get converted because Govinda was inscribed in my heart from childhood and can never be erased. Though Hinduism is the oldest religion, Christianity is far far better than this partiality in worshipping God.
